OneQuest Retreats

Our online retreats provide the closest experience to an in-person retreat possible. The retreats are a guided, timetabled program, allowing Questers to easily follow each session delivered by our experienced Quest Coaches. They are designed to provide a wonderful immersive experience, learning about personal growth mindset and empowering Questers with a new sense of purpose and discernment so they have greater clarity into the life you want to live.

Online retreats are super flexible and easy to attend and only require a smart device like a phone, computer or TV, internet access and a relaxing, quiet space at home, on holiday or out in nature to connect with our Quest Coaches. Each of our online retreats have the choice of beginner, intermediate, advanced or all levels and you can select from Wellness, Yoga, Mediation, Health or Spiritual themes. And even though retreats are run over certain dates, Questers have 30 days to watch and rewatch their favourite videos to get the most out of their retreat experience and really absorb the teachings. It could be the kickstart to real personal growth with effective strategies to assist in reducing stress, making a positive shift in outlook and calming the mind with a beautiful mix of breathing techniques, mindful movement, meditation, nutrition and inner connection.

OneQuest Courses

Our online courses provide the opportunity to be taught in a virtual environment outside of the classroom, so you can have a completely immersive experience in the comfort of your home. The beauty of this type of learning is that it is easily accessible, transportable, allows for instant access to course material and can be tailored and customised to specific niche topics.

One of the benefits of our online courses is that you can rewatch course material which allows for maximum absorption of the teachings. We even provide 6 months access so you can take your time and really immerse yourself into the lessons and course notes. This makes your online learning a thoroughly rewarding experience as you have time to journal, digest your new insights and implement real life changes. With such a wide range of courses to choose from and beginner to advanced and all levels available, the ability to learn niche topics and build your knowledge base incrementally by layering different teachings and methods gives you a fully customised learning experience. Katherine Anderson

Katherine Anderson is a wellness adventurer and entrepreneur with a passion for empowering others to achieve their fullest potential.

At 21, Katherine founded an Advertising Agency, igniting her passion for storytelling and innovation. Since then, she has honed her skills as a Digital Marketer, renowned for her visionary approach and critical thinking. Her boundless energy and enthusiasm has paved the way for her trailblazing success online.

To overcome personal challenges, Katherine embraced a holistic approach to self-care. She has cultivated daily mindfulness practices through breathwork, meditation and yoga, embraced gratitude and heart-centered living, and faces challenges with courage and determination.

OneQuest is a manifestation of Katherine's profound empathy and unwavering commitment to support and inspire others on their path to self-discovery and personal growth. Through OneQuest, she has created a safe space for questers to tap into their innate power and potential, and live a life filled with joy, purpose, and fulfilment.

Steph Ford

Steph Ford is a lifeguard turned entrepreneur with a lifelong connection to the sea. From his early days of competing at national and international levels in swimming, water polo, and surf sports, the ocean's rhythm has always been his source of inspiration.

His career includes working as a lifeguard, he had a safety training college and now runs his own finance brokerage business. Working in these industries has instilled an innate passion for helping others, however, he has the desire to have a greater impact, which inspired the launch of OneQuest.

Steph starts his day with journaling and learning, followed by an exercise regimen, setting the foundation for his commitment to personal wellness.

Steph believes that learning is a lifelong journey and a path to continual growth. He actively pursues self-development through online programs, reading, and consuming material on business, self-help, and relationships.

Steph’s purpose is to support both People & Planet. He believes that when people are performing at their best, they can do more, give more, and contribute to a healthier planet.

Mindful movement and personal growth are the cornerstone of our programs and we love supporting our Questers on their health and wellbeing journey. Completing an online retreat or course can assist in the following ways -
