Meet our Fitness Trainer
Alden's passion for health and wellness was born in his mid 20’s when he discovered crossfit, but it wasn't until after years of participating that he decided to take up personal training. He completed a qualification as an expert coach with the goals of helping others reach their fitness dreams through individualized sessions tailored just for them!
Alden's passion for fitness led him to explore other forms of wellness, and as his love grew he discovered yoga. He felt that this was a great way to combine the two loves-of health and movement--in one form! He was so passionate about yoga that he went on to complete the 500 hour instructor course. Alden also has a sports massage qualification, which further develops his knowledge in health and wellness.
The holistic approach to coaching clients combines Alden's personal training, yoga and recovery stretching. His one-on-one sessions with his students are combined with group classes for a more comprehensive experience that helps each individual reach their full potential!
Qualifications
I have been a practitioner for many years and with the following experience and qualifications:
- 20 years experience in personal health and fitness training
- 15 years as a Certified Personal Trainer
- Member of the Personal Trainer Association
- Yoga Instructor (Registered Level 2 Teacher)
- Yoga Australia Member
- Massage Therapist
