RETREAT TECH SUPPORT
- Do I need internet access to view my retreat?
Your Quests are designed to be viewed online on a device like a smartphone, tablet, laptop, computer or smart TV so a good internet connection is ideal.
To view the videos, Questers must have a minimum stable download speed of 500 kbps in order to play low-resolution SD 240p video. For a more enjoyable viewing experience, to view on a larger screen or to play high definition video, we recommend a 5 Mbps or faster internet connection. Whenever possible, hardwired ethernet connections are preferred over wireless (Wi-Fi or cellular).
Not sure what speeds your device is receiving? Visit https://www.speedtest.net (on mobile or desktop) for an estimate. We recommend performing this test a few times since bandwidth can change.

- My retreat isn’t showing when I login? How do I access it?
When you login to your quest you will be taken to the ‘My Quests’ page. If you scroll down the page you should see your retreat listed.
If your retreat is not listed on this page there could be two reasons -
- If you have just purchased your retreat, your payment may not have processed. If this is the case, please contact our team.
- If you have previously accessed your retreat but it is no longer displaying, your 30 days from the start date of your retreat may have already expired. If you would like to purchase the retreat again, you certainly can or maybe you are ready to up-skill your learning and try a retreat that is a different theme or a higher Quester level. You may even want to start a course with your favourite Coach.
