Meet our Wellness Coach
Hiya! I’m Sudha iyer, though my family and friends have called me Su since childhood. I’m a dedicated yoga, meditation, and myofascial release instructor, but my path to wellness wasn’t a direct one.
For 25 years, I worked as a business executive, leading large-scale, multi-million dollar programs in finance and technology in Wall Street. While I achieved professional success, I felt deeply unfulfilled, knowing my work didn’t align with my inner drive to create meaningful social impact.
Seeking something beyond corporate achievements, I pursued a Master’s in Environmental Studies from an Ivy League university. My thesis was later published and recognized at the United Nations—an early step toward the kind of impact I longed to make.
Growing up, sports, yoga and its philosophy were always woven into my life. My grandmother’s captivating stories and teachings from yoga philosophy fascinated me, while my mother introduced me to yoga at a young age. But as a child, I resisted it, failing to appreciate its depth, wanting to instead be in a rock band, haha!
That changed one particularly stressful day in NYC when I stepped into a yoga class after work to decompress. What started as a brief escape soon became the beginning of a journey that would shape the next chapter of my life. I've always loved movement and decided to make it my way of life!
Now, with over 650 hours of training and more than 3,000 hours of teaching experience, I teach yoga, breathwork, meditation, and myofascial release to people from all walks of life. I lead workshops, retreats, and teacher trainings worldwide. As an avid pickleball player and a high-altitude hiker, I have a special passion for working with athletes, helping them with strength training, conditioning, recovery, and rehabilitation.
My corporate background also allows me to bridge the gap between business and wellness, offering team-building, leadership, and career workshops infused with insights from philosophy and psychology. With a deep understanding of workplace dynamics, I help organizations foster positive change through mindfulness and movement.
I’m energized by laughter, coffee, sports, murder mysteries, astronomy, and hiking.
Through my story, I share a message of both mental and physical healing and wellness, believing that all change starts within. As the saying goes, "When things change inside you, things change around you." Living in alignment with this philosophy, I’ve never felt more true to my message—or more fulfilled—as I help others find theirs.
