The session creates space to explore what is present, notice how different elements may connect and recognise what feels intuitive rather than driven by pressure, expectation or overthinking.
You are welcome to arrive with prepared questions or simply share what has been unfolding. The reading may remain with one topic or move naturally between several, allowing attention to rest where it feels most relevant.
