The OneQuest Online Mental Health Retreat offers you something different: a dedicated day to pause.
From the comfort and privacy of home, you will be guided through meditation, yoga, breathwork, mindset, energy awareness and deep relaxation practices designed to help you step out of the noise, reconnect with yourself and begin building practices to support your wellbeing.
This is not about fixing yourself or expecting everything to change in one day. It is about creating enough space to listen more closely, develop deeper awareness of your mind and body, and discover practical tools you can implement into everyday life.
Understand stress in a new way
Stress is often something we push through, resist or attempt to silence. Throughout this retreat, you will be invited to explore a more compassionate and informed relationship with it.
You will discover how stress can appear through thoughts, emotions, breathing patterns, physical tension, energy and habitual responses. By recognising these signs with greater awareness, you can begin to understand what they may be revealing.

Your retreat unfolds through six guided sessions, each offering a different way to support your mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.
Each lesson builds on the one before it, moving from meditation and mindful movement into breathwork, self-awareness, energy balance and deep relaxation.
- 1. Finding Sanity in an Insane World
A Beginner’s Guide to Inner Peace
Begin your retreat with Daniel’s beginner-friendly meditation session and learn how to observe thoughts with greater awareness rather than automatically becoming caught in them. Through simple mindfulness practices, you will explore how to create more space around fear, worry and mental noise while reconnecting with a deeper sense of presence and inner calm.- 2. Grounded Flow
Reconnecting Breath, Body and Mind
Lauren will guide you through mindfulness, conscious breathing, gentle fascia-opening exercises and foundational yoga postures before moving into a slow, supportive Vinyasa flow. This practice is designed to release tension, encourage mobility and strengthen the connection between your breath, body and awareness.- 3. Breath as a Reset
Practical Nervous System Regulation
Join neuroscience-informed coach Su to explore how the nervous system moves between stress and recovery. You will learn supportive breathing mechanics and practical techniques, including the physiological sigh and alternate nostril breathing, that you can return to when you need greater calm, balance or mental clarity.- 4. From Stress to Self-Awareness
Through storytelling, practical insights and guided reflection, Michele introduces her LYBL Reset framework of Awareness, Acceptance and Realignment. You will explore how stress may offer valuable information about your needs, patterns and priorities, helping you reconnect with yourself and move forward with greater intention.- 5. Cultivating Inner Balance
Energy, Emotion and the Dantian
Drawing on Qigong and Traditional Chinese Medicine, Tiffany introduces an embodied approach to emotional wellbeing. You will explore the dantian, energy awareness and an ancient mudra practice designed to support grounding, inner steadiness and a deeper connection between mind, body and spirit.- 6. Resting in Awareness
A Guided Yoga Nidra Practice
Complete your retreat with a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra practice with Tracy that invites the body into rest while the mind remains gently aware. With nothing to perform or achieve, you can simply become comfortable, follow the guidance and allow yourself to move towards greater stillness, spaciousness and inner calm.
You may connect deeply with one practice or discover several tools that support you, and with 30 days of access you can revisit the sessions that resonate most.
A complete retreat experience from home
There is no travel to organise, accommodation to book or unfamiliar space to navigate.
There are no live video calls, and you do not need to turn on a webcam or microphone. All you need is an internet connection, device and a quiet, comfortable place where you can sit, lie down and move safely. You can pause when you need to, move at your own pace and focus entirely on your experience.

Your retreat experience does not end when the scheduled day is complete.
You will have access to the sessions for 30 days, allowing you to return to the teachings and practices that supported you most. You may revisit a breathing technique before a demanding day, repeat the yoga session when your body needs movement, return to the mindset practices during a period of change or listen to Yoga Nidra when you need deeper rest.
There is no need to remember everything at once -
- You can return.
- You can practise.
- Notice what shifts as you make space for yourself.
Created for beginners and open to every level!
You do not need previous experience in meditation, yoga, breathwork, Qigong or any of the practices included in the retreat.
Each session has been designed to feel clear, approachable and supportive. You will be guided step by step and encouraged to listen to your body, use your own discernment and participate in a way that feels appropriate for you.
You do not need to arrive calm, flexible, focused or certain about what you need. You only need to be willing to pause, become curious and create space for a new experience.
